Dear Jack Farmer left us his house in his Trust.

Jack Farmer was a long-time, treasured member of our church. He enjoyed singing in the choir for many years, but his favorite thing at our church just might have been our potlucks!

He was our P/T custodian for over 35 years and

a F/T custodian at SRJC for over 30 years. He was proud to have served in the US Army, too!

Jack was a familiar sight  in the SR JC neighborhood as he bicycled around to collect cans for recycling. He was a good man, hardworking, and  always had a smile when greeting others. He was beloved and we miss him still.

Thank you Jack for your unimaginably generous gift to our church which you thought of as your home.

Join us on a Lenten Journey with

Wandering Heart and

Devotional Cards!

Lenten Daily Devotional Cards - you can pick some up in the back of the sanctuary.

Through the second week of Easter, use these daily devotional cards to guide your wandering heart this Lent. You might place the stack of cards by your bed to read first thing in the morning or right before you sleep at night. Display the cards that resonate with you the most so you continue to ponder the daily questions. Perhaps use the cards as prompts to journal and reflect. Day by day, may these prayers remind you that no matter where you wander, you are always tethered to the heart of God.
